Almost any page can tell you a code works. Very few say when they last checked, which makes the claim impossible to disprove and therefore worth nothing. A claim that cannot be falsified is not evidence; it is an assertion with a number in it. The four conditions below exist to make our claims falsifiable.
Every figure carries the date and time it was read. Not the date the page was edited — the date the cart was built. Our record runs 43 days and 138 entries for the primary code.
