Concentration = peptide amount (mg) ÷ water added (mL), converted to mcg/mL. Volume to draw = your dose ÷ concentration. A standard U-100 insulin syringe reads 100 units per mL, so units = mL to draw × 100. More water dilutes the same peptide across a bigger volume — lower concentration, more units per dose.
