A domestic order avoids the international-parcel uncertainty entirely. Faster delivery, no border question, fewer unknowns. That's a convenience difference, not a quality one.
If something's wrong with a domestic order, you generally have a clearer path to sort it out than with a parcel shipped from overseas. Accountability is easier to pursue closer to home.
A smooth, fast domestic delivery of an untested vial is still an untested vial. Sourcing convenience and product quality are two separate questions — don't let one stand in for the other.
An international parcel entering Canada is declared to the Canada Border Services Agency and may be selected for examination.
