On a third-party assay report, where the report loads matters more than the number on it: one that resolves on the laboratory's own portal cannot be edited by the seller.

The fields that matter

A usable report names the client, the batch or lot, the date of analysis, the method used, and the result with its units. A report missing the batch cannot be tied to anything you might buy, and a report missing the date cannot be tied to a point in time.

Where it loads is worth more than what it says

A certificate that exists only as a file on the seller's own server can be edited by that seller. One that resolves on the testing laboratory's own portal cannot. That distinction is the single highest-value check available to a non-specialist and it takes about ten seconds.

What the number is

A purity figure is a statement about composition — how much of the sample was the named compound. Across the 181 reports in this vendor's published set that state one, the mean is 99.03%. It is not a statement about whether anything works, and no figure on this site should be read as one.

What this does not tell you

The laboratory's accreditation tier, which we have not independently verified and do not claim. We report where a report resolves, not what the laboratory is certified to do.

Reading the mass, not just the purity

Most readers stop at the purity figure, which answers only what fraction of the sample was the named compound. The measured mass answers a different question: how much of it there was. A vial can be 99% pure and contain less than the label says, and the two numbers will not contradict each other. Across the published set behind this site, reports that state both are the ones worth most, because they close both questions at once.

The fields, in the order they matter

Start with where the document is hosted, because a report served by the seller can be edited by the seller and nothing further is worth reading until that is settled. Then the batch or lot code, which is the only field connecting the document to the vial in your hand — a product name is shared by every run ever sold. Then the client name, which should be the seller you bought from. Then the compound and strength. The purity figure comes last, and it is the field people read first.

What a report cannot tell you

It describes one sample, drawn at one moment, from one batch. It says nothing about the vial you received unless the batch matches, nothing about storage or handling after the sample was taken, and nothing about any other product in the catalogue. A single excellent report is weak evidence about a seller and strong evidence about one batch. The useful question is not whether a report looks good but whether there are enough of them, across enough of the range, for the pattern to mean something.

Reading a set rather than a page

One report answers a question about one batch. A set answers a question about a seller, and the questions are different enough that the second cannot be reached by reading the first more carefully. For a set, ask how many products the reports cover against how many are on sale, how many products appear more than once under different batch numbers, and whether the weaker results are present. Those three answers describe a testing programme. A single impressive certificate describes a single impressive certificate.
